Danny Vazquez

Danny is a Senior Technical Trainer with over 11 years of corporate technical training experience as well as 17 years of hands-on enterprise level programming and development experience.


He has delivered Java and J2EE training for companies such as Sun Microsystems, Accenture Learning, and Vignette. He has also prepared and delivered technical presentations at IT conferences such as Java One, and COMDEX.

Danny is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and earned a professional certificate from Columbia University’s CTA Program in “C/C++ Programming/Software Development.”

While working for Sun Microsystems, Danny taught a variety of courses from their Java Curriculum on both Windows and UNIX (Solaris) platforms, including: “Introductory and Advanced Java Programming (J2SE)”, “Java Programming Workshop (N-Tier Client-Server, Network Sockets, JDBC, RDBMS, SWING)”, “Web Component Development (Servlets, JSPs, Filters, STRUTS, XML Custom Tags)”, “Developing J2EE Applications (Enterprise Java Beans - Session, Entity, Message Driven, Web Integration, J2EE Patterns)”, and “Object Oriented Analysis and Design Using UML (Use Cases, OO Design Patterns, Architectural Principles).”

While at Vignette, Danny delivered several courses on their proprietary (J2EE based) software: Enterprise Web Content Management, and Portal Server - both live at client sites, as well as via on-line “Virtual Training.”

Danny began his career as a Public School teacher in New York City, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education.

Jeff Shaffer

Jeff Shaffer has been an award-winning professional photographer for over 20 years, producing imagery for clients such as Amstel Light, Beck's Beer, Burberry, CIGNA, Guinness, Heineken, ING, Neiman Marcus, Ralph Lauren, Smirnoff, Stanley Tools, Tanqueray, TimeWarner and many others.


He has also devoted more than 10 years to teaching and training.
As an Adobe Certfied Instructor in both Photoshop and Lightroom, Jeff has developed and taught numerous courses to a diverse client base including corporate, government, higher education, trade organizations, and individual graphics professionals.



Mohan Gote

He is an Adobe Certified Instructor for Flex and AIR, Mohan has rich experience in programming Server side as well as Client Side technologies. He has real world experience in developing and deploying critical applications. He has over 1.5 years of experience in teaching Flex 2 and 3. He holds Comptia CTT+ as well as ACE for Flex 2, 3.0

Dave Schlosser

Dave Schlosser is an Instructor for InDesign as well as he is in the Evaluation Team
Leader for the PrintED® organization a branch of the Graphic Arts Educational
Research Foundation (GAERF) for the past four years. Dave possesses twenty one
years of classroom training for adults and secondary students within a Career and Technical Education setting.


The courses he has taught include Mac OS, QuarkXPress, Photoshop and InDesign the latter being an Adobe Certified Instructor since 2007. Dave has presented on the use of prepress curriculum to the statewide educational/business consortium conferences in California, Washington, South Carolina and North Carolina. He has recently coauthored a book Digital File Preparation and Digital File Output—November, 2008© for the Multistate Area Vocational Curriculum Consortium (MAVCC) which is crosswalked to the PrintED® national accreditation program for secondary and post secondary students. Earlier in his career Dave had previous experience as a cartographer with Gannett Fleming Engineers in Camp Hill, PA prior to becoming an electronic preliminary technician in the digital gravure and offset printing industry with R. R. Donnelley and Sons. Dave spent seven years in the print production environment eventually obtaining experience as a trainer in a corporate setting with R. R. Donnelley and Sons, having completed the instructional systems design training program at their Greenfield location in Lancaster, PA.
